1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Your products will be shipped within two business days of your order, then it will take up to two weeks for them to arrive at your doorstep. Each product offered on our store has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Instead of returning the items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why ? The feedback goes against the importance we place on sustainability: every feedback has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send us a photo and we'll give you a full refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders are sent out before we can process the cancellation. Therefore, if you cancel your order, but still receive the package, you can do one of three things: recycle it, give it away, or enjoy it.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE CORRECT ITEM?

If there is a problem with your order (wrong size, wrong color, defective, or not exactly what you wanted), just let us know and we'll refund your money. You will not be asked to return the product to us.

5. DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for some reason you did not receive the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will provide you with a new one.
