Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, and newspapers or magazines. Likewise, we do not accept returns on personal hygiene or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that are not allowed to be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products showing obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for a reason not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is non-refundable (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and you will be credited automatically on the original method of payment within a few days.



If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as the official posting of your refund may take a little time.

Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often subject to a processing time.

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or discounted are not refundable.



We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace a defective or damaged item, email us at and we will send you instructions on how to return the item to us. 



If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit of the same value as the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gifter had the item shipped to their address to give it to you later, the gifter will be refunded and therefore know that the gift has been returned.



To return a product, sendus an emailat with the reason for your return and we will send you the procedure for returning the item to us.

The shipping costs associated with returning the item are at your expense. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend sending it with a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
